Australia and Germany Considering Internet Gambling Regulations:

Oct.30, 2009

At present many Nations across the world are looking forward to legalize the online internet gambling, as the United States is struggles to approach the deadline of UIGEA, the anti-online gambling regulations pushed through Congress in 2006 and soon to be implemented into full law.

In Australia the online gamblers are playing under the stigma of the interactive gambling act since 2001, which effectively makes it illegal to offer real money online gambling. Here it is not illegal to play but it is complicated, the ban is also not widely imposed. A dominant group has been made to repeal, using basically the same arguments that U.S. politicians make against the UIGEA.

Germany is following the same as the France has done in past. Recently France has taken a huge step regarding the legalization of the online gambling, including online poker. But at present there is a ban on the online gambling except the horse racing, in earlier days the same situation was there in France also. The ban did not last for too long it has ended in two years only, because it was under some seviour pressure from some of the German politicians and from some of the Europe nations.

There are some good news and some bad news. The good news is that, all countries are going strongly with the motive of legalizing of online gambling. And the bad news is it may take many years to do so , as what happened in France and off course it happened it may be to costly. By the time when these profitable new markets open up completely, the smart affiliates should be fully prepared to have their perfect games in the market that are legal.
