Denmark is having some controversies on execution of its own new online gambling laws

Denmark is having some controversies on execution of its own new online gambling laws. Actually their plan was to pass the online gambling laws which are followed by the EU’s rules; these rules were made to create a level playing field among the European nations.

European commission has reviewed laws this year, they have reviewed for three months and they have decided to review laws again for a long period of time, because the laws are not up to the mark of the guidelines which they were created.

Still there is good news for international online gaming companies, as well as online gambling affiliates with international ambitions, that is France is moving away from its existing state-owned monopolies and into a system that would allow foreign operators to enter its markets. Although Denmark is not there yet, they are hoping that by delay they can get a more fair system when the laws get approved.
